Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.  It is just as important as eating healthy.

There are many different Tae Bo series and workouts.  I have 3 different Tae Bo DVD sets, and I alternate between all of them.  It is a good idea to constantly change up your exercise so you and your muscles never get bored. 

Original Tae Bo Workouts 

This 4 tape set is the original Tae Bo workouts designed by Billy Blanks in 1999.  This set includes instructional, basic, advanced and 8-minute workouts.  If you have never done Tae Bo workouts before, I recommend starting with this set.  These are the tapes that got me hooked!

Tae Bo Boot Camp

The Tae Bo Boot Camp series uses the Billy bands.  They loop around your shoes,  and you hold the other end with your hands.  Not only are you getting an excellent cardio workout, but you are getting a strength workout with the bands.  Awesome workout!  You will feel the burn!  You get 4 workout DVD’s and a set of bands and some extra goodies.

Tae Bo Amped 

The Tae Bo Amped Series uses a weighted amplifier bar.  It can be used in the closed position and it has 2 extension positions.  You just twist it and pull it out, and then twist it to lock it.  You are also getting a great cardio and strength workout.  Wow!  My arms BURN during some of the exercises!  This set includes 4 workout DVD’s and the amplifier bar, and some extra goodies.
