While that certainly is convenient, these packaged foods are not as healthy as whole foods. They are also quite expensive. So, you would be spending more money for food that is not as healthy. That’s not good. And, it is very difficult to succeed on a diet plan that is expensive. When money is tight, you’re going to cut out the expensive “diet” food.
